Winter Multisport Training
The training series has started. New Format.
These will be an informal race/workout and everyone is welcome. We feel this format will be better and allow people to get to know each other and workout together. The workouts will change on weekly basis depending on who shows up.
They will be FREE, so all you will need is a trail pass from the ski track. Click Here for details.

We will meet at the back of the main building near where you put your skis on, 7pm sharp! Bring a head light if you can!
If people feel that 7pm is too late email Charlie and we might change the start time if most people what to start earlier.
Come prepared to run and ski
The CSU also organizes a weekly race every Tuesday at the ski track. This is a good way to hone your racing skills.
