FastSplits Winter Triathlon
World Championship Qualifier
Thank you to all those that came out to support the race, check the side bar and front page for more info.
Please come down and be part of the East Coast's first Winter Triathlon. Whether you are looking to qualify for the World Championship in Germany or participate in your first multisport event, come down to the ski track and bring your family and friends.
Date: Saturday, January 26, 2008
Time: Race starts at 8:00am, Warm-up starts at 7:00am
Location: Weston Ski Track, Weston, MA (Get Directions)
Course: 5K Trail Run, 7.5K Mountain Bike, 6K X-Country Ski
All disciplines will be on the snow if conditions permit.

However the course will change depending on the conditions. Up to date maps will be posted a few days before the race.

Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 M&F in the following categories: Junior (10-19), Senior (20-44), Masters (45+)
However, the results will show the USA Triathlon Divisions for those wishing to qualify for Team USA.
Cost: $45 (If you have a trail pass and USAT membership)
$55 (If you need either a pass or USAT membership)
$65 (If you need both a pass and USAT membership)

There will be no race day registration. Last chance to sign up on Friday evening during packet pick up.
Packet pick up will be on Friday evening from 5-7pm at Fast Splits in W.Newton and Saturday morning from 7-7:45am at the Weston Ski Track.
All athletes will receive a cool race T-Shirt if signed up by January 10, otherwise its first come, first served with any extra shirts we order.
